1. Service Description
Jaomai is a digital solution for product registration and organization in Chinese markets (such as Futian in Yiwu). The service allows guides and agents to manage products, suppliers, customers, containers, and exports from mobile and desktop devices.
2. Subscription & Payments
- Access to the service requires an active subscription.
- Current prices are available on the Pricing page.
- Annual payment has a 20% discount.
- Overdue payments will be charged a 5% monthly interest.
- After two months overdue, account access will be blocked until payment is resolved.
3. Data & Storage
- User data is maintained for 12 months after the last payment.
- If the subscription is reactivated within 12 months, data is fully preserved.
- After 12 months without payment, data will be permanently deleted.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the service legitimately, not share access credentials with third parties, and not attempt to access data from other organizations.
5. Availability
Jaomai strives to maintain continuous service availability. However, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
6. Modifications
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be notified to users at least 30 days in advance.
