To provide the service, Jaomai collects and stores:
- Account data: name, email, phone, organization.
- Commercial data: products, suppliers, customers, containers, prices, product photos, and business cards.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, access dates.
2. Data Usage
Data is used exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain the service.
- Generate exports (Excel, PDF) requested by the user.
- Improve user experience and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate service or terms changes.
3. Data Sharing
- Commercial data is not shared with third parties.
- Each organization can only see and access its own data.
- Shared container links allow customers to view only the products assigned to them, as configured by the agent.
4. Storage & Security
- Data is stored on secure servers.
- Passwords are stored encrypted (bcrypt).
- Communications use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
5. Data Retention
- Data is maintained while the subscription is active.
- After cancellation, data is preserved for 12 months.
- After that period, data is permanently deleted.
- Users may request early deletion by contacting support.
6. User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access their data at any time through the platform.
- Export their data (Excel, PDF).
- Request correction or deletion of personal data.
